HOW TO USE FOR WISPY SPIKES ♡
Apply a small amount of Wispy Sauce to the lash fibers while they’re still on the strip. Gently shape and separate the fibers into your desired spike. Allow the product to help hold your shape, then create and apply your spikes using your normal professional lashing technique.
BONUS USE — LASH BATH KITS ♡
Wispy Sauce can also be added to a lash bath foaming pump when creating your own lash bath kits. Follow your intended dilution/formulation instructions and proper sanitation practices when preparing cleanser products.

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing time is separate from the shipping time provided by the carrier. During sales, launches, holidays, and high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
SHIPPING
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
KLD Supplies is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after a package has been accepted by the carrier.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order begins processing or has shipped.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Due to the hygienic and professional-use nature of lash supplies, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We do not accept returns or exchanges because of a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or selecting the wrong curl, diameter, length, color, style, or other product variation.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If there is a problem with your order, please contact KLD Supplies within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue so we can review your claim.
If your claim is approved, we will provide the appropriate resolution based on the situation.
FINAL SALE + CLEARANCE
Clearance, discontinued, marked-down, and final-sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Clearance inventory may be limited and will not necessarily be restocked.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and contact the shipping carrier. KLD Supplies cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
