HOW TO USE ♡
Protect the client’s lower lashes and surrounding eye area. With the client’s eyes completely closed, apply a small amount directly to the adhesive bonding points.
Allow the remover time to break down the adhesive, then gently slide the loosened extensions away from the natural lashes.
Never pull or force extensions that haven’t released.
Once removal is complete, thoroughly remove all remaining product and cleanse the natural lashes before continuing with your service.

We do not accept returns or exchanges because of a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or selecting the wrong curl, diameter, length, color, style, or other product variation.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If there is a problem with your order, please contact KLD Supplies within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue so we can review your claim.
If your claim is approved, we will provide the appropriate resolution based on the situation.
FINAL SALE + CLEARANCE
Clearance, discontinued, marked-down, and final-sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Clearance inventory may be limited and will not necessarily be restocked.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and contact the shipping carrier. KLD Supplies cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
