Even the best adhesive needs the right foundation. KLD Primer gives you an extra prep step to help remove residual oils and impurities that may interfere with the adhesive bond.
It’s especially useful when your client’s natural lashes need a little extra prep before you begin. ♡
HOW TO USE ♡
Cleanse the lashes thoroughly first. Apply a small amount of primer to the natural lashes with a micro applicator, focusing on the area where extensions will be bonded.
Avoid the skin and eye area. Allow the natural lashes to dry completely before beginning application.

IMPORTANT ♡
Primer does not replace proper lash cleansing. It is an additional preparation step used before extension application.
Primer and Super Bonder also have completely different jobs:

Avoid direct contact with the eyes and skin and use only as directed.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing time is separate from the shipping time provided by the carrier. During sales, launches, holidays, and high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
SHIPPING
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
KLD Supplies is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after a package has been accepted by the carrier.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order begins processing or has shipped.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Due to the hygienic and professional-use nature of lash supplies, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We do not accept returns or exchanges because of a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or selecting the wrong curl, diameter, length, color, style, or other product variation.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If there is a problem with your order, please contact KLD Supplies within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue so we can review your claim.
If your claim is approved, we will provide the appropriate resolution based on the situation.
FINAL SALE + CLEARANCE
Clearance, discontinued, marked-down, and final-sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Clearance inventory may be limited and will not necessarily be restocked.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and contact the shipping carrier. KLD Supplies cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
